How quickly would work get done?
Expect initial traction within 3–5 days. For larger projects, timelines may extend up to 3-4 weeks. Revisions are unlimited until you're satisfied.
Why are there only two spots?
It's the price Cittah pays for high-quality results and focused attention, Cittah only takes on two projects at a time to ensure uncompromising timely delivery.
Are client names and media real?
Cittah does not reveal client information. Expect pseudonyms, redacted & blurred entries. We start projects with a fresh perspective - every time.
What if I don’t like the design?
Your buy-in is key to project health. That’s why Cittah offers unlimited design requests and revisions.
Are there any refunds?
Due to the creative effort and research required, refunds aren't offered once work begins. However, if no work has started and the fit isn’t right after our initial discussion, you're eligible for a 90% refund.
